Breakfast

We think that breakfast is one the most important moment of the day.

First meal, it has to be good, plenty and well balanced.

We propose it on table, in the dining room or outside, depending on the weather.

Drink a tea, coffee, hot chocolate, herb tea, fresh or hot milk.... and eat :

• various breads, croissants or brioches,

• cereals,

• home made pastries and cakes (kouglehopf, french bread, pancakes...),

• sweets (crème caramel or rice cakes...),

• whole milk yoghurt,

• fresh orange juice,

• fresh fruits salad,

• home made marmelades, jams and jellys (strawberry, raspberry, apricot, apple, oranges, plum...)

Everything can vary in fonction of the season and inspiration...

Moreover, we had to this breakfast :

• regional cheese,

• ham,

• eggs (cooked as you want)

Breakfast is served on table, in a fine porcelain, cristal cups and glasses, and silver cutlery.
